Skip the range?

If you are in a hurry to make your tee time and you only have 5 minutes to get ready, our Colleton River Golf Academy Professionals suggest stretching instead of hitting balls. Asking your body to do something that it may not be ready for on the first tee can be a disaster! Stretching your shoulders first and then your hamstrings are good places to start. If you still have time hit a few balls, and don't forget to putt. For stretching ideas go or contact your local PGA Professional. Good luck and stay loose!
